A non refundable booking fee which serves as a “deposit” is required in order to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from your overall cost. After you book your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to submit your payment. 

We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If the client cancels or reschedules the appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, the $100 booking fee will not carry over and a new booking fee will have to be submitted. A late cancellation will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.

Eyebrows are a two step process and require two appointments. Your touch up appointment will be scheduled 5-7 weeks after your initial appointment.

Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 25 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment. 

Refunds: No refunds on any service or deposits. 

If you have had your eyebrows previously microbladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be sent in and approved before booking an appointment. We must ensure we have a workable canvas and in some cases the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit.

Touch ups must be booked no sooner than 4 weeks following your appointment. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done. We withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal.

After-care instructions are provided to achieve optimal results, but there is NO guarantee made as we have no control what happens during the healing process.
